Bickimer Homes is a proud supporter of the Promise of Learning Foundation. The primary mission of the Foundation is to provide time, talent, and financial assistance to those individuals, institutions, and programs who share our belief that education offers our greatest hope and best means for underprivileged children and young adults to realize their potential and dreams. In recent years, their mission has expanded to also include support for emergency relief services in third world countries experiencing profound loss and hardship from natural disasters or civil unrest. The foundation is located in Johnson County, KS.
The mission of Joseph’s Way is to support or initiate planning, development and implementation of housing and community building programs that address the needs of the underprivileged, homeless, mentally and physically disabled, and individuals displaced by natural disaster or war.
The Home Builders Foundation Fund of Greater Kansas City was formed in 2002 as the charitable arm of the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City. The HBA’s Foundation is committed to supporting the Kansas City community in three main areas:
1) Education related to the construction industry 2) Development and/or redevelopment of Kansas City area communities and 3) Charitable causes (such as human services like transitional and supportive services and housing)
