Kristen Kanatzar attended Kansas State University and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education. After graduating from KSU, Kristen worked for the Olathe School District as an ESL specialist. After teaching for several years, she joined our team and has been responsible for a variety of different aspects in the company over the years.

Tommy Bickimer attended Colorado State University and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management.  After graduating from CSU, Tommy worked for Sundt Construction, an international general contractor based in Phoenix, Arizona.  He served as a Quality Control Manager and Project Engineer on their Military Housing projects in Tacoma, Washington and Colorado Springs, Colorado.  In 2005 Tommy joined Bickimer...
